Orvian Jewels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for keeping their account login details confidential.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, measurements, materials, colours, and finishes accurately. However:

Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
Handmade products may have minor variations
Product size and weight may vary slightly
Decorative stones and finishes may have minor production differences
Product appearance may vary depending on photography and styling

Minor differences that do not affect the usability of the product will not be considered manufacturing defects. Orvian Jewels sells fashion and imitation jewellery unless a product description clearly states otherwise.

Product Care

Customers should follow the jewellery-care instructions provided on the website or with the product. Jewellery should be kept away from:

Perfume and deodorant
Cosmetics and chemicals
Sweat
Direct heat and sunlight
Rough surfaces

Damage caused by improper use, storage, water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, or normal wear and tear will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, and handling charges will be displayed during checkout. We may change product prices and offers without prior notice. Price changes will not normally affect confirmed and paid orders.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

Where payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may not be available for every order or location. We may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch. A COD order may be cancelled when:

Fraudulent activity is suspected
The delivery location is not serviceable
